Improvements to bus service
BUS company Renown-Cavendish has announced improvements to it service.
The changes, which include extended routes and a more frequent service, came in to force on Monday.
The circular Town Service 8 and 8A now operates every 15 minutes on Mondays to Fridays and the route includes Old Town, Green Street, Eldon Road and Cade Street.
Service 18 has been replaced by Services 49 and 50, which both serve different parts of Sovereign Harbour hourly and combine to offer a half hourly service to Hamlands, Willingdon, Polegate and Hailsham.
Service 56 is now hourly and all other services remain unchanged.
Renown-Cavendish has announced more improvements will be made at the beginning of September and the company claims the cheapest fares in the town.
