A Division 13 has been created featuring the eight new teams to the league, including Bexhill fifths, from existing clubs.

This takes the number of sides to 126 with the top 10 divisions made up of 10 each, and divisions 11 and 12 containing nine apiece.

Fletching, Division Two champions in 2009, and third-placed Newick have been promoted to Division One with runners-up Eastbourne III ineligible to go up under league rules.

The bottom two teams in Division One this year, Rye and Willingdon, have been relegated to Division Two. Matches will be played on a home and away basis, starting next May.
