Burgess Hill school helps drama group after fire

A COLLEGE at Burgess Hill came to the rescue of a drama and music group after its rehearsal hut was wrecked by a blaze and thousands of pounds worth of gear lost.
St Paul's Catholic College agreed for the Ariel group to use facilities this week, to allow about 40 youngsters to prepare for a performance of the summer workshop "Hairspray" at the Hub in Haywards Heath at 3pm and 7pm on Saturday.
St Wilfrid's Catholic School at Crawley also offered help after the blaze at the hut at Tilgate, Crawley, on Sunday night, which is ebing investigated as suspected arson.
The group said it was extremely grateful to both colleges for their help.
