Rail commuters' service 'will improve'

THAMESLINK services, dubbed the 'misery line' by commuters, will improve say beleaguered First Capital Connect bosses.
The company's managing director Neal Lawson and customer services director Michelle Smart faced the wrath of Mid Sussex MP Nicholas Soames and Arundel and South Downs MP Nick Herbert at a meeting in Westminster on Monday and were told the service had been "completely unacceptable" since November.
