THE BEXHILL branch of the British Heart Foundation Fundraisers held their annual lunch at The Wheatsheaf, Little Common.
The highlight of the occasion was surprising Connie Taylor with the presentation of an award for twenty five years' devoted service to the BHF Fundraisers.

Connie, who celebrated her 90th birthday last year, was one of the original founders of the BHF branch in Bexhill. She was presented with her award by area manager Kim Brophy.

Kim said how grateful the BHF was to Connie for her many years of devoted service and hoped that others would be encouraged to join the fundraising activities.
