A woman had to be flown to hospital after collapsing in Bexhill on Saturday afternoon (August 15).
The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance landed on the beach just before 3.45pm before airlifting the patient, believed to be in her 40s, to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
An air ambulance spokesman said the woman was taken to the specialist neurological unit there as she had a head injury.
