Sessions for youngsters at a gymnastics club in Bexhill will be supported by a recent donation by police.

Sussex Police donated £250 to 1066 Gymnastics to fund more equipment for its under-five’s sessions.

The money will be spent on items that can help young children’s development through sensory items, colours, letters, words and equipment that can help with co-ordination.

These sessions offer younger children the chance to stay active and develop these much needed skills as they transition into nursery or school.

The donation comes from the Police Property Act Fund, made up of monies received by the police from property confiscated by order of the court and then sold.
