Bexhill area planning coming up in pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 1 Sutherland Avenue - single storey side extension.

• Jim’s Place, Ninfield Road - construction of sustainable dwelling.

•18 Fowler Close - loft conversion and extension to the rear.

• 19 Endwell Road - change of use from A2 (office) to A1 (shop).

• 70 Devonshire Road - C Side - new shopfront fascia sign with externally static concealed downwash illumination and non-illuminated window and doors film signage. Also replacement shopfront.

• Martello Tower number 55 - construction of boundary fencing to all boundaries of the property.

• Wellington Place, Terminus Road - change of use of ground floor - A2 to sui generis - taxi office and waiting room.

• St Mary Magdalene School - temporary buildings for school hall, toilets and reception offices.
