Bexhill planning in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• St Richard’s Catholic College, Ashdown Road - traditional build construction of lift extension at first floor level.

• Jalna, Wrestwood Road - change of use from residential accommodation for students to the offices and meeting room for the Talking Trust, a registered charity.

•25 St George’s Road - construction of a single storey side extension to provide ground floor bedroom, WC and showering facilities together with external access work for registered disabled person.

• Peterhouse, Church Street - pollard multi stemmed poplar to reduce height by two thirds.
