Bexhill plans in pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 181 A and B London Road – modification of section 106 obligation in respect of RR/2000/385/P to allow residents from wider catchment area.

• 9 Withyham Road – removal of two free-standing timber sheds – to be replaced by an attached single story store with an associated covered area. New floodlights to tennis court no.5.

• 44 Little Common Road – LDC re single storey rear extension not exceeding four metres from back wall of existing building.

• 85 Ashdown Road – out: flat development to create six two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom ground floor flat.

• Prospect, Heatherdune Road - single storey extension to kitchen.

• 1 Springfield Road – outside DSLAM cabinet.

• 3 Terminus Road, Wellington Place – use of site as car wash.

• Cobham Towers, Oxshott Court and Wallington Towers, Sutton Place – extensions to entrances, providing new lobbies with access ramps and associated hand railings.

• 2A Collington Grove – proposed replacement of existing boundary wall due to damaged foundation.

• Wrestwood Cottage, Wrestwood Road – enlarge first floor window to west elevation convert interconnecting garage to a bedroom and utilities room to include removing garage door with brickwork and window and relocating entrance door. Eyebrow dormer to east elevation.

• 4 Havelock Road – single storey rear extension.

• 24 Gatelands Drive – variation of condition three imposed on RR/2011/2086/P relating to restrictions on new window openings.
