Drainage improvements in Twineham
Drainage improvement works in Hickstead Lane, Twineham, start from Monday, September 13.
The 21,600 West Sussex County Council scheme involves maintenance of the drainage pipes and gullies in Hickstead Lane, and work on the ditches in Twineham Lane and Bolney Chapel Road.
Damaged pipes will also be replaced.
The work is scheduled to take up to three weeks to complete, weather permitting. It will be carried out Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5pm.
Temporary traffic lights will be in operation during working hours and will be taken down at the end of each working day when possible.
