‘Jewel’ in Bexhill High crown

Students and parents will be welcomed to Bexhill High skills centre on Monday (Feb 11) for an open evening at the site in Down Road.

It’s a chance to see vocational course provision, talk to subject staff and see the work and activities of current students. This is part of the Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) process supporting Year 8.

Executive Principal Mike Conn said: “The skills centre is amazing. Our students get the future today in Bexhill. I am so proud of it, it really is a jewel in our crown.”

The centre includes a commercially run hair and beauty salon, restaurant, kitchens, engineering workshops, and wide range of practical facilities to help youngsters learn skills they need for their future. Open evening from 5.30-7.30pm.
