Latest planning applications sent in to Rother for approval

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• Bexhill Hospital, Holliers Hill - addition of new kitchen to Irvine Unit.

• 6 Coverdale Road - one holm oak in rear garden - reduce entire canopy back to where previously cut.

• 8 Kingfisher Close, Normans Bay - to build three wooden decked areas adjacent to the riverbank at Wallers Haven.

•The Sackville - change of use from function room to members’ only gymnasium.

• 4 Hazelwood Close - willows - 30 per cent prune reduction in height and width. Three trees including silver birch, overhanding field need to be made safe. Removal of leylandii.
