Pair in custody after drugs bust

TWO men were remanded in custoday at Hastings Magistrates Court on Friday December 21 after they were charged with possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.

Jacob Wynter, 25 from Ilford in Essex and Rennel Gayle, also 25 from Knatchball Road in London were arrested and charged on Thursday December 20 after a drugs warrant at a residential property on Sackville Road in Bexhill.

At the property officers are alleged to have found crack cocaine and heroin thought to be worth around £50,000.

The pair will next appear before Hastings magistrates via vidolink on Wednesday January 2.
