Planners approve new changing room facilities at football club
TOWN planners met at Eastbourne on Tuesday night.
Eastbourne Borough Council's planning committee approved planning permission for a single storey building to be built within Sevenoaks Recreation Ground in Sevenoaks Road to provide changing facilities for Eastbourne Girls Football Club.
The building at the park in Sevenoaks Road will house two changing areas for the home and away teams, toilets and a kitchen.
Approval was also given for a balcony to be installed on the first floor of a house in Kings Avenue and for a conservatory on the ground floor of a flat in Old Orchard Road, Eastbourne.
Owners of a flat in Silverdale Road have been given permission for roof lights to be inserted and a house of multiple occupation in Cavendish Place is to be converted into seven self contained flats.
