Post office services may return to Balcombe
POST Office bosses are putting forward a plan to bring back some services to Balcombe after the village post office closed in January.
They are proposing a Hosted Outreach branch at Balcombe Stores, 100 yards from the old post office, with opening on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 9am to 1pm.
During the public consultation Post Office Ltd wants feedback on any issues customers would like it to consider before a final decision is taken on the proposal.
The consultation closes on Tuesday September 7.
