ALMOST 28 acres of agricultural land at Barnhorn Road, Bexhill, is set to go under the gavel of television’s Homes Under the Hammer auctioneer James Emson.

The site, adjacent to Constables Farm, with a freehold guide of £70,000 - £90,000, is among 19 lots across Sussex and Surrey being sold by Clive Emson land and property auctioneers at The Hilton Brighton Metropole at 11am on Wednesday, February 22.

James, a regular on the BBC’s popular TV auction series, said: “The land is considered ideal for use as a small holding or alternatively equestrian use, and we anticipate keen interest from bidders.”

A freehold commercial building at 60 Ninfield Road, Bexhill, previously let at £10,000 a year, has a guide of £45,000 - £50,000.

James said: “The upper parts of the property offer great potential for conversion into a residential dwelling, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.”
