Going to work is the theme of the flower festival to be held at All Saints church in Sidley next week.
The event is from Thursday June 19 until Sunday June 22 and will have a wide range of displays showing off skills and artistry as well as imagination.
Organiser Pat Cooper said: “There are 22 displays regarding going to work - window cleaners, plumbers, fishermen, and even priests and undertakers.
We are all looking forward to the day we make up and what reactions we get from the public as we haven’t done this one before, so it should be interesting.”
On Thursday and Friday the festival will be open from 10-5pm, and on Saturday from 10.30-5pm with a coffee morning in the hall from 10.30-midday.
On Sunday opening hours are from 12.30-6pm closing with Songs of Praise. Refreshments available at all times.
