Bexhill Rotary Club are inviting teams to join them for their annual Charity Golf Tournament which tee’s off at Cooden Beach Golf club on Thursday, June 12.
The tournament, which is now in its 23rd year, is limited to 24 teams and anyone keen to be part of this charitable event is urged to register as soon as possible.
Tournament Coordinator Bexhill Rotarian Charles Taylor said Bexhill Rotarians are again looking to welcome teams that have generously supported this event in past years as well as new entrants, either as individuals or in teams. He added: “We raised over £5,000 a year ago and we are definitely looking to improve on that this year so the more golfers we can get to take part the more valuable funds we can raise for our chosen charities.

As in previous years there is an individual prize on each hole plus 1st, 2nd & 3rd place team prizes. Tee off times are between 9.30am and 12noon. Team entry fee is £260 and for an individual £65.
The entry fee includes: Bacon rolls and coffee on arrival plus sandwiches at halfway house, a 3 course dinner at the golf club at 6pm (which includes a bottle of wine between 4 people) followed by after dinner entertainment.
Any businesses who would like to advertise at the event and sponsor a hole can do so for £100. This includes hole prize, tee advertising and programme advertisement).
