Rother Neighbourhood Watch in Bexhill has been given £4,820 towards its community engagement campaign.
RNW is one of 11 local projects to have been awarded grants in the latest round of applications to Police and Crime Commissioner’s Safer In Sussex community fund.
Others include Southern Domestic Abuse Service, The Princes Trust, and Hastings Street Pastors.
Since the Community Fund launched last December over 100 applications have been submitted and more than £400,000 made available by PCC Katy Bourne to support local crime reduction and community safety initiatives.
