Local residents are invited to attend the next meeting of the Bexhill Town Forum, St Peter’s Community Centre, Old Town, on Tuesday April 15 at 6.30pm.
A packed agenda will see a range of issues discussed including problems raised by construction work on the Link road and an East Sussex County Councillor will explain what is being done to alleviate transport difficulties.
Janey Bussche will explain plans for the Colonnade. Rother’s planned changes to the seafront Oasis garden will be discussed and the chairman of the local youth council will report on the group’s recent activities.
Hastings Direct’s Jay Wooten will outline details of this year’s Bexhill Carnival theme and local historian Roger Crouch will discuss plans for a 1920s festival in Bexhill. Housing, Bexhill’s forthcoming MotoFest and other issues will also be on the agenda.
