Sussex Police are appealing to members of the public to help find missing Bexhill resident Billy Sharp.
Billy, 29, was last seen at 4.40pm on Thursday (May 1) at his home in De La Warr Road.
Since he was reported missing there has been a possible sighting of him in Kent but police and his family are keen to get in contact with Billy to make sure he is ok.
Billy is white, 5’ 8” and stocky with cropped brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit and white trainers.
PC Paul Munday said: “Billy is originally from the Folkestone area of Kent and still has family links in the area so we believe he may have headed in that direction when he left Bexhill but we cannot be sure.
“We want to speak to him to make sure he is safe and well as his family are becoming increasingly worried about him.
“Billy has mental health issues which is why we are concerned for his safety.
“If you see Billy or think you know where he is please contact us immediately so we can speak to him.”
Anyone with information should call 101 quoting serial 1033 of 1/5. If you see Billy, do not approach him but instead call 999.
