Throughout 2014 the museum is commemorating the start of the First World War with Bexhill Remembers - a project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund which includes an exhibition, education programme and a new WW1 digital accessible archive.

Visual Artist Jane Churchill worked with the students, who produced artwork that creatively responds to the stories and objects that will feature in the exhibition, exploring Bexhill’s contributions to the Great War.

This work will go on display as part of the exhibition which opens on Saturday 1 March 2014. w WW1 digital accessible archive.
