Organisers of the newly named Bexhill Festival of the Sea is planning a cookery book of sea food recipes to raise funds to support the annual festival in September.
They are looking for local people and businesses to submit recipes to the collection and to make it special, would like the owner of the recipe to tell something about him or herself, or why the recipe is special - just a few short lines to add a flavour of Bexhill.
Carole Green, Secretary of the Festival Committee has already submitted her recipe for BBQ Scallops with Lime and Maryland Crab Cakes which she brought to England from America many years ago.
