Bexhill cyclist '˜seriously injured' after car crash

A cyclist from Bexhill was seriously injured after being involved in a crash with a car last night (Tuesday, November 15), police said.

Emergency services were called to Old London Road, Hastings, after reports of a crash at around 6.20pm.

The 49-year-old cyclist was treated by paramedics for a potential head and arm injuries before taking him to the Conquest Hospital.

A 40-year-old man from Hastings, who was driving the grey Skoda Fabia car, was uninjured.
