This situation shames us all

Before the election the Tories promised NOT to cut working tax credits, yet they are about to do so, making many hard working families up to £1,300 a year worse off.

They claim that, by 2020, the increased minimum wage will make that up, although this in contested by various independent agencies.

Even if it were true, how are these families to cope until then?

The situation of these families shame us all.
