The new Netherfield Pre-School building is open for business.
The pre-school has been running out of the village hall for the past five years, but has now moved into it's own premises in the grounds of the village primary school.

The building includes an outdoor play area, a meeting room, kitchen, disabled toilets, office, children's toilet and a large room with sinks and special covering on part of the floor for 'wet and messy' play activities.

Netherfield Pre-School is open Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm for children aged from two up to school age.

The pre-school works closely with Netherfield School and runs a Rising Fives session on Thursday afternoons for children due to start school at the start of the next academic year.

An official opening ceremony is planned for later in the year.

Anyone who would like further information about Netherfield Pre-School should contact supervisor Ruth Dicken on 01424 420121 or Heather Mulligan on 01580 881390.
