Rye Art Gallery launches new exhibition

Rare paintings by Rye artist Edward Burra went on display at Rye Art Gallery's Stormont Studio at the weekend.
The launch of the the new exhibition, called Seen and Unseen, was attended by Rye Mayor Cllr Sam Souster.

The exhibition runs throughout September, coinciding with the Rye Festival.

Currently showing at the gallery's Easton Rooms are paintings of the Rye and Romney Marsh area by Keith Purser, called Anchor the Mist.

The Gallery is open from 10.30am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm. Closed Tuesdays.
