Rye Players are currently in rehearsals for their latest production.
Darkness Into Light is a double bill of one-act plays. One is a classic chiller, while the other offers light relief.

The first is The Monkey's Paw - Jonathan Holloway's stage adaptation of the classic W.W. Jacobs short story - the ultimate `be careful what you wish for' scenario.

This is followed by comedy with Playgoers by Arthur Pinero.
The performance takes place at Rye Community Centre from Thursday May 29 - Saturday 31.
Curtain up is 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £10, are available from Wood 'N' Things 105 High Street Rye - Tel: 01797 226090. They include a glass of wine and a supper of cheese and biscuits during the interval.

A licensed bar will be available for further refreshment.
