Rye Runner raised money for good causes

Mermaid Inn proprietor Judith Blincow raised £1,525.00 for two good causes in the Rye area when she ran the Hastings Half Marathon.
Judith said: "Many, many thanks to all the hotel guests, staff, locals and friends for all their gallant support helping me raise £1525.00 to go to both the Oliver Curd Trust and the Rye Colts youth sports.
"I completed the run in 2 hours and 30 minutes, after having had three operations and breaking both my leg and elbow over the last few years.
"I couldn't have done it without the support I received."
