Sale helps keep community hall going

A TABLE Sale at Winchelsea Beach Community Hall on Saturday raised £244 to help pay for the upkeep of the hall.
Organiser Sue Chetwood said: "Considering the poor weathewr we are pleased with the amount raised."

There is another sale at rthe hall at 2pm on Saturday to rfaise funds for Winchelsea Beach's bonfire celebrations.

St Richard's Church holds its annual sale at the hall on Saturday August 16, from 2pm, when there will be cakes and a tombola.

Othewr fund raising table sales take place on August 23 and 30 at 2pm.
