How would you like to open the batting against the great Lashings World XI?
Observer Sport has teamed up with Style Entertainments to offer one local player the opportunity of a cricketing lifetime.
The chance to open the batting or bowling for the 1066 Sporting Club XI against the great Lashings World XI is up for grabs.
The finest club side in world cricket is sure to bring a veritable galaxy of stars to The Polegrove in Bexhill on Thursday August 9 for the 1066 Sporting Club Cricket Challenge.
Lashings have fielded greats of the game such as Richie Richardson, Shoaib Akhtar, Sachin Tendulkar, Courtney Walsh, Alvin Kallicharran and Mark Waugh in recent seasons.
The winner will also receive four match tickets and VIP passes to the corporate hospitality marquee, plus dinner, bed and breakfast at The High Beech Hotel.
Nominations are now welcome and Observer Sport is keen to hear who you believe deserves their big day and why.
