Bexhill Amateur Theatrical Society’s (BATS) annual open-air Shakespeare production at the Manor Barn, Bexhill Old Town, has been delighting audiences this week with the Bard’s shortest comedies.
The Comedy of Errors, one of Will Shakespeare’s early plays, is slapstick farce and mistaken identity at its finest.
BATS’ Peter Bradbury, said the weather this week has helped draw a good crowd, adding: “The performances to date have been going extremely well and the feedback from the audience has been very positive.”
Performances continue tonight and tomorrow (July 25 & 26) at 7.30pm. Refreshments are available or take a picnic.
Tickets on the gate or at Destinations, Sackville Road or at: www.the-bats.co.uk
