The painting being created by Vera Douglas for Starling Art & Craft Collective's Art in Action competition

The process of creating a painting is being slowly revealed this month.

As part of Starlings Art & Craft Collective’s May windows display, Vera Douglas will be updating a newly commissioned painting in its window.

The Bexhill artist will be giving the painting away at the end of the month as part of Art in Action.

To be in with a chance of winning, visitors to the shop in Sackville Road, Bexhill, just need to come up with the best name for the picture.

Entry forms are available in the shop.

Art lovers are encouraged to go along and view the painting and the competition runs until the end of the month.

The shop is open seven days a week.
