Diane Cluck, the Virginia based singer-songwriter of intuitive folk music, is making a return trip to Bexhill.

Diane has been influential in the development of the anti-folk scene and has collaborated with the likes of Jeffrey Lewis, Herman Dune, CocoRosie and Stanley Brinks.

Along the way she has released seven albums including the critically acclaimed Boneset released in 2014.

A current generation of songwriters, including Laura Marling and Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine have cited Diane’s work as influential.

“Diane Cluck is a virtuosic talent with an emotionality that feels at once ancient and alien. Her mastery of her voice as an ecstatic instrument is so compelling.” – Antony Hegarty (of Antony & The Johnsons)

“She made me rethink my singing instincts. Diane is not just an amazing and interesting singer, she’s a philosopher” -Sharon Van Etten
