British Heart Foundation - June 13
BRITISH Heart Foundation fund-raisers held their first quiz night at the BUPA home at Grosvenor Park last Friday evening and was a great success.
Fish and chips, supplied by Minnie Berthas of Marina who gave a donation to the BHF, were served at half time and competitors brought their own drinks.
Prizes were awarded to the winners and runners-up. The lowest-scorers had booby prizes of British Heart Foundations goodies. With so many raffle prizes there were lots of lucky winners.
