Crafts 4U

THERE is a change of time for the next meeting of Crafts 4U on Thursday, December 4.

The meeting will begin at 9.30am sharp and will end at 10.30am. This is for this meeting only and is to enable us all to get to the club lunch.

We will be making Christmas crackers so please bring along with you an empty cardboard tube - kitchen roll or two toilet rolls - double-sided tape, a small pair of scissors, a pencil and ruler and two small gifts to go inside the crackers.

If you wish, you may bring your own decorations for the outside of the crackers.

We will be having coffee and mince pies as this is our last meeting before Christmas.

Last month our ladies at Crafts 4U made a lovely Christmas decoration with a candle, artificial flowers, greenery and fir cones. It was going to be a competition but as they all looked so nice, a small prize was given to everyone.

We will be organising our usual trip to the Make It Show at Farnborough on Saturday, February 21.

The cost is 18 including entrance and coach.
