A haven from the bustle of the day

The 26th series of free lunchtime concerts have got off to a cracking start at Holy Trinity in Robertson Street in Hastings.

Held on Wednesdays in June, July and August from 1.10-1.50 pm, a variety of local performers provide a 40 minute break from the pressures of town centre life. Entry is free, though there is a chance to show appreciation at the end of the concert. Sandwiches and refreshments are available to purchase.

Holy Trinity has for several years now given the opportunity to budding and established musicians to demonstrate their talents to an appreciative audience. Usually with a classical bent, this year’s programme has a variety of styles, voices and instruments.

Programme details can be found at www.hthchurch.org.
