They will play three great works for piano trio by Mozart, Brahms and Mendelssohn.

Geoffrey Whitehead, the concert organiser, said: “The Mozart trio marks his first great composition in this genre and Brahms (who loved to destroy works with which he was not completely satisfied) declared his second trio to be his best work in ten years! Mendelssohn’s trio is stunning writing with a typical scherzo running wild for the third movement.” For further information about this and all the concerts at Vinehall please phone 01580 883092 or check on www.vinehallschool.com
