Music from Baroque to Cole Porter

The Jaks quartet will play an eclectic selection on Saturday March 19 at 10.30am in St Peter's Church Community Centre, Church Road, Bexhill.

Music will include pieces from the baroque period, Mozart, Spanish dance music and a well-known Cole Porter number.

The string quartet is made up of local musicians who have been playing together in chamber groups and orchestras in Sussex and Kent. Sarah Cangiano and Jean Pickering play the violin, Angus Radford is on viola and Kaye Snellying-Collyer plays the cello. Angus commented: “We have selected a programme of music which we really enjoyed rehearsing and which we hope will appeal to everyone who cherish listening to live music.”
