Pier Jam set to conquer Hastings with top DJs

Following on from success at Blackpool's iconic North Pier, Pier Jam's daytime electronic music events will head to Hastings for the first time, for a one-off party on Saturday September 24 courtesy of Area 10 with MK, Hannah Wants, Camelphat, KC Lights and more.

Pier Jam will take over the newly reopened Hastings Pier with two outdoor stages, where 2,500 party people will soak up sunshine, sea air and some of the best DJ talent around.

This exclusive event features Pier Jam favourite, MK who is the DJ producer responsible for creating some of the defining sounds of early house, smashing the UK charts with his remixes of Storm Queen’s Look Right Through & Wankelmut’s My Head Is A Jungle, and who is now influencing a new generation with his unique stripped-back style.

Joining MK will be Hannah Wants. A child of the garage generation, Hannah has proved herself a world renowned DJ with an individual hard-hitting style and she has won awards as well as an army of loyal supporters.

Mysterious DJ duo Camelphat completes the line-up alongside KC Lights who has won huge backing from the likes of Annie Mac, Danny Howard and Pete Tong for his current track Temptation.

Pier Jam’s Blackpool series attracted more than 12,000 party people from around the UK last year. Director James Cohen said: “We are really excited to bring Pier Jam to Hastings for a one-off event this Summer. Following the recent development of Hastings Pier along with its size and location, it is an ideal venue to host our first event outside of Blackpool.”

Tickets £20-£25 on sale now with Early Bird tickets starting from just £15, available at www.pierjam.com
