The lonely girl is forbidden to play indoors, and struggling to adjust to her new surroundings, finds solace in the Manor grounds.

Before long, Mary finds a key to a secret garden that has been left untouched for years – and a whole new world of enchantment opens up to her. Learning to make friends for the first time, can Mary and her companions solve the enigma that is Misselthwaite?

The East Sussex School of Performing Arts return to the De La Warr Pavilion and burst onto the stage with this wonderful musical (winner of the 1991 Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical). Through music, singing, dance, drama, fabulous costumes and original staging, this emotional tale is brought to life. Suitable for all ages.
