Eddie - also a marathon runner, campaigner, would-be politician and world treasure - has announced he will perform two shows at the De La Warr Pavilion, in support of the 80 year old herself, on Friday January 15 and Saturday January 16 from 8pm.

The show will be vintage Izzard - rambling, whimsical, astute and hilarious - and the DLWP warns it “may contain strong and imaginative language.” The gigs come ahead of his stint in to the West End in Force Majeure – Reloaded. Force Majeure has been a real world tour – with Izzard taking his show to twenty-eight countries across the globe, from Russia to America to South Africa, and performing in four languages. Tickets £25 from 01424 229111 or www.dlwp.com.
