“The comedy and live entertainment industry has been badly affected with many comedians and performers’ livelihoods taken away from them with no sign as of yet when the industry will be fully operational again. The team wanted to show support and solidarity to the industry with the online festival.”

Chris talks you through the line-up:

Friday, June 12.

8pm – Tony Law: Go!! Mr Tony Go!! Mixing delightful, flawless twaddle, with some genuinely insightful forays into what it is that makes comedy comedy (or anti-comedy), Tony Law presents a standuppy, sketchy, improv-ey, arty little comedy show for people who are already funny.

11pm – Russell Hicks: Philosophical Improvisations. A brand-new show exclusive for the festival, recorded shortly before the lockdown. Anarchic, unbridled and unfiltered. Russell Hicks is a risk-taking comic whirlwind, captivating audiences everywhere with his razor-sharp wit.

Saturday, June 13.

10am – Kids Show: Jeddy Bears Picnic, Live from the Woods. Jed and Gary are a pair of modern-day comical kids-show geniuses, This show, which is live from the woods, features a picnic like no other.

With dry deadpan humour and banging punchlines, maybe the revolution is on its way.

8pm Maisie Adam: Vague. Maisie Adam showcases her multi-award-winning show which, after just 18 months in comedy, projected this newcomer to new heights.
