New Bexhill homes development to be unveiled

The latest phase by David Wilson Homes will see a total of 150 new three-, four- and five-bedroom homes delivered, with 120 available through private sale and 30 affordable homes, with a mix of rental and shared ownership tenure.

The company said buyers will be able to benefit from a range of homebuying schemes including the housebuilder’s NHS Deposit Contribution Scheme, whereby all NHS employees can receive a five per cent deposit contribution (up to £15,000) towards their new home.
