David Wilson Homes is unveiling its latest phase of its development in Bexhill SUS-200924-141509001

The latest phase by David Wilson Homes will see a total of 150 new three-, four- and five-bedroom homes delivered, with 120 available through private sale and 30 affordable homes, with a mix of rental and shared ownership tenure.

The company said buyers will be able to benefit from a range of homebuying schemes including the housebuilder’s NHS Deposit Contribution Scheme, whereby all NHS employees can receive a five per cent deposit contribution (up to £15,000) towards their new home.

Natalie Perry, sales and marketing director for David Wilson Homes, said: “Since its launch in 2018, Rosewood Park has proven to be popular with a range of buyers – from local families looking to upsize, to downsizers searching for a low-maintenance home.

“Our latest phase will see a number of new house types available to buyers, with desirable open plan layouts, good-sized bedrooms and landscaped gardens. In selected larger homes, there is also space for a separate office, ideal for working from home or for the children to study in.

“With a number of homebuying schemes available, from Part Exchange to our exclusive NHS Deposit Contribution Scheme, the latest phase at Rosewood Park presents a fantastic opportunity for buyers looking to make a move.”

Rosewood Park is now open to customers on an appointment-only basis, with a range of safety measures and new working procedures in place.

These include protective Perspex screens, retractable barriers, strict social distancing and, where necessary, personal protective equipment (PPE), plus intercom systems and door locks to enable customers to engage with sales teams before entering offices.
