Sussex masons present cheque to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity

Paul Rose, head of Sussex for the Red Cross of Constantine, was invited to nominate a charity to receive a donation from the Grand Sovereign’s Care For Children Fund.
He said he was pleased to make the presentation to Hollie Trezise, schools and community fundraising manager at Rockinghorse, on behalf of his division.

Hide AdPaul said: “The charity does not receive any government funding and relies on the generous support of individuals, community groups, schools, companies and trusts – people like us.
“I was extremely pleased to make the presentation of the cheque for £2,500, as it will be well used and will benefit those using the facilities.
“During our visit, we were been reminded that although there are many children who are suffering from an illness, they are all being extremely well cared for.”
Paul lives in Littlehampton and his order has members across Sussex.
