Panoramic series of images capturing India

An exhibition of new work by Malcolm Glover is coming to the Lucy Bell Gallery, 46 Norman Road, St Leonards, from April 20 to May 22.

The St Leonards-based artist has been working on this series from India for the past five years.

Much of the work relates to water and how the Indian people relate to it, not only for leisure and industry, or practical reasons. but also for spiritual reasons. The result is a series of four foot long photographic prints.

Glover was born in Crawley, in 1955, and his work has been exhibited widely around the UK. Long panoramic images, “timescapes” now form the basis of his work.

The gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm or by appointment.
