A popular trad jazz band take to the stage

THE 1066 Jazz Club welcomes the Muskrat Ramblers to the stage at Azur, Marina Pavilion, St Leonards, tonight (Friday).

The Muskrat Ramblers are a popular band at jazz clubs around the country, playing in the traditional style.

On the front line will be leader and trumpeter Bill Phelan aided by Mike Mounter on second trumpet, Alan Creswell on clarinet and Ron Westcott on trombone.

For the rhythm Andy Lawrance will be on string bass, Paul Norman on drums and Jim Heath on banjo.

Entrance for members is £8 and £10 for non-members.

Admission for students is £5. There is free parking available close to Azur.
