Active plus Christmas Party
More than 40 Active Plus members of Freedom Leisure in Bexhill enjoyed a Christmas Dinner at the Cooden Beach Hotel.
Membership Adviser Nicole White commented: "The dinner was very well attended with 41 Active Plus members enjoying a festive treat. Our active plus members can come to a range of activities during the week. Mon and Thurs at 8.30am active plus short tennis, Tues and Fri at 2.00pm active plus badminton and on Thurs at 2.00pm our ever popular stretch n' tone. Active plus sessions are designed for our customers aged from 50-up , we even have customers in their mid eighties, proving that no matter what age you are you can enjoy an active lifestyle."
